What Quran Says About Farj?

Say to the believing men that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty: that will make for greater purity for them: And Allah is well acquainted with all that they do. [24:30]

And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what (must ordinarily) appear thereof; that they should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty except to their husbands, their fathers, their husband's fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers or their brothers' sons, or their sisters' sons, or their women, or the slaves whom their right hands possess, or male servants free of physical needs, or small children who have no sense of the shame of sex; and that they should not strike their feet in order to draw attention to their hidden ornaments. And O ye Believers! turn ye all together towards God, that ye may attain Bliss. [24:31]

And (remember) her who guarded her chastity: We breathed into her of Our spirit, and We made her and her son a sign for all peoples. [21:91]

And Mary the daughter of 'Imran, who guarded her chastity; and We breathed into (her body) of Our spirit; and she testified to the truth of the words of her Lord and of His Revelations, and was one of the devout (servants). [66:12]

For Muslim men and women,- for believing men and women, for devout men and women, for true men and women, for men and women who are patient and constant, for men and women who humble themselves, for men and women who give in Charity, for men and women who fast (and deny themselves), for men and women who guard their chastity, and for men and women who engage much in Allah's praise,- for them has Allah prepared forgiveness and great reward. [33:35]

Do they not look at the sky above them?- How We have made it and adorned it, and there are no flaws in it? [50:6]

The believers must (eventually) win through,- [23:1] Those who humble themselves in their prayers; [23:2] Who avoid vain talk; [23:3] Who are active in deeds of charity; [23:4] Who abstain from sex, [23:5]

And those who guard their chastity, [70:29] Except with their wives and the (captives) whom their right hands possess,- for (then) they are not to be blamed, [70:30] But those who trespass beyond this are transgressors;- [70:31] And those who respect their trusts and covenants; [70:32] And those who stand firm in their testimonies; [70:33]
